WoW check Them OUT!!!

So let me introduce you to Mr. Brent & Mrs. Julie French.  These guys are who introduced me to Plexus!!!  Thank you so much :-)

There before pictures (on the left) are from family Christmas pictures.  And the afters were taken this week.  Since January 3rd Brent has lost just over 33 pounds and Julie has lost a little more than 22 pounds.  Don't they just look fantastic?  Julie says, "Thanks to Plexus she has been able to break a weight barrier that has been unsurpassable with other 'diet programs'."  I also loved her quote from the other day that the two of them had lost the weight equal to their son.  Nicely put.

I wanted to put a couple more local faces on the Plexus successes instead of just random people on a web site.

If you are interested in a really GREAT DEAL to get you started.  I am celebrating Fat Tuesday by passing on a $30 savings.  For a one time deal I am offering the 30 day Combo pak of the Plexus Slim Drink mix and Accelerator capsule for only $90.  Go HERE to place your order before midnight Tuesday.

Tomorrow is our big 30 day reveal.  Can't wait to post :-)

"I began taking Plexus Slim and Plexus Accelerator in September. I love the taste (I actually crave it first thing in the morning!)  and I love the way I feel on the product.  My energy level is amazing. I also find that I sleep much better which was a big surprise for me (with other diet supplements I had suffered from insomnia). In three months I lost 15 pounds and 11 inches! Then I held my breath... how would I do during the holidays??? I maintained my weight without denying myself... I was in control of what I ate rather than the other way around. I honestly thought that there was no getting back to high school skinny... but with Plexus it is possible!

I also am amazed with the other products that Plexus offers. My 14 year old daughter suffered from IBS, this caused her to miss school and there didn't seem to be an easy fix. Over the counter GI products created additional problems. I started her on the BioCleanse and she is now symptom free!

My biggest surprise came from the ProBio5. I did the spit test and it was positive. I had no idea that systemic yeast could have such ill effects on our bodies including the inability to lose weight, migraines, indigestion and anxiety. I began taking the ProBio5... to my amazement I was no longer having headaches (I had been suffering from headaches daily for years) and regarding my anxiety I am no longer taking prescription medication. After 15 years I would have NEVER thought it possible to eliminate my prescription medication.

The positive effects of Plexus don’t stop with the products. I began my Plexus journey as an Ambassador. I had been an Ambassador with Plexus when there were just breast health products and I was familiar with the high integrity of the company. It was an easy decision to for me re-sign with the intention of getting my products for wholesale and with the goal of selling enough to cover my product cost.

Plexus is such an amazing opportunity that it hasn't stopped there. Due to the phenomenal products and stellar compensation plan I am now making extra money by just sharing my story. In a single income home my only opportunity to make additional money was to pick extra shifts at the hospital forcing me to take time away from my children. Not only have I been able to avoid working extra night shifts I am also getting ready to reduce my hours at the hospital!!!!

Thank you Plexus for changing my life!!!"

What Does Being Over Weight Co$t You?

Is it worth up to $5,000 a year?

A George Washington University study found that being obese may cost nearly $5,000 annually for women and over $2,500 annually for men.

So where do these costs come from?

Medical Costs
Ailments associated with being overweight, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and on-the-job injuries, can lead to big medical bills. Overweight people spend an additional $346 per year on medical costs, according to the George Washington University study; obese people shell out an additional $1,474 a year. This amount factors in co-payments, prescription drugs, and hospital costs, but doesn’t take into account any over-the-counter drugs, so the amount may be even higher, says Christine Ferguson, director of STOP Obesity Alliance and one of the researchers.

Being obese doesn’t just cost you more money, it can also limit how much you rake in—if you’re a woman. Studies conclude that being obese can lower women’s wages by between 1.5 to 15%, which averages out to be a loss of $1,855 a year. “I think that this issue of lost wages really reflects a huge bias against people who are overweight or obese,” says Ferguson.
In surveys, employers see obese women as lacking self-discipline and being less emotionally stable and competent than their thinner peers. However, heavier women also complete fewer years of education and retire earlier, both of which contribute to less money earned over time.
Why aren’t the salaries of obese men affected? “I suspect the labor market is more competitive for men than for women, so it is harder to discriminate against men,” says Eric A. Finklestein, an associate research professor in the Duke Global Health Institute at Duke University

Sick Days
Being obese might also cause you to lose more cash from work days lost to illness. Absenteeism causes overweight women to lose an additional $106 per year; obese men see a hit of $212, whereas obese women are set back $674.

While there’s no one study that has calculated the added cost of purchasing plus-size fashion, there’s anecdotal evidence that buying bigger clothing is more expensive. For example, Old Navy’s standard boot cut jeans costs $34.50, but the plus-size version is $43. A cable-knit sweater from the same store costs $37; the same plus-size design sells for $40.

Under its customers-of-size policy, Southwest Airlines requires people who can’t fit into the planes’ 17-inch-wide seats to purchase two tickets, so obese individuals may have to spend twice as much to fly. You can, however, get a refund for your second ticket if the flight isn’t sold out. Air Tran plans to follow suit in spring 2012.

Life Insurance
In their report, the George Washington University researchers calculated that overweight people spend an extra $14 a year on life insurance. Obese people pay an extra $111 a year compared with normal-weight individuals.

While money in the bank is great the real benefit of getting those pounds off is you are more likely to live a happy, healthy, longer life. Your family and loved ones will reap the benefits as well.

We are 15 days into our journey and no complaints out of anyone.

The only downside is that we were without Plexus for about 7 days of it, because so many people were wanting to try it.  Once we got supply and demand under control, we are back to drinking the cool-aide.

I am at 202.4 which is 5.4 pounds since 1/19 but down 12.6 pounds over all since January 1 of this year!
J.R. is at 218.4 which is 18.6 pounds lost!!!

Raelyn is at 180.2 making her down 6.2 pounds!!!

And Keith hasn't taken time to step on the scales for me so I don't know how much he has lost.

As a family we are down 35+ pounds!!!!

I am going to re-take pictures and measurements at 30 day.  But I can tell you already, that my jeans are hanging on my hips and I could go down a size in them already :-)
