WHAT A DIFFERENCE 20 POUNDS MAKES

“I knew I was overweight but until I saw this picture I really didn’t know how much. I have to say though, the “before” picture was taken in Honduras in June 2011 when I was on a mission trip there. It was hot and my flat iron didn’t make the cut in my luggage so my hair wasn’t quite as “fixed” as I would normally have it but there is no question I had a spare tire and a chubby face!!

211 to 174 and 32 inches in 7 months

My 30 Day Update!!!

Over all down just over 15 pounds since the beginning of the year, 6" and 2 pant sizes!!!!  Other than having to buy new jeans, the biggest difference is I can't see my belly any more when I look down. :-)

Bring on the second month!!!

I can't get every one to stand still long enough to get measurements and weight, but I can tell you that J.R. is down from 237 to 216 pounds.  21 pounds in 30 days!!!

 So let me introduce you to Mr. Brent & Mrs. Julie French.  These guys are who introduced me to Plexus!!!  Thank you so much :-)


There before pictures (on the left) are from family Christmas pictures.  And the afters were taken this week.  Since January 3rd Brent has lost just over 33 pounds and Julie has lost a little more than 22 pounds.  Don't they just look fantastic?  Julie says, "Thanks to Plexus she has been able to break a weight barrier that has been unsurpassable with other 'diet programs'."  I also loved her quote from the other day that the two of them had lost the weight equal to their son.  Nicely put.

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE SUCCESS STORY WITH PLEXUS!

"I began taking Plexus Slim and Plexus Accelerator in September. I love the taste (I actually crave it first thing in the morning!)  and I love the way I feel on the product.  My energy level is amazing. I also find that I sleep much better which was a big surprise for me (with other diet supplements I had suffered from insomnia). In three months I lost 15 pounds and 11 inches! Then I held my breath... how would I do during the holidays???
